With over 10 years of progressive experience across IT services, AI-healthcare, BPO, and US-based remote organizations, my career has been rooted in building, scaling, and strengthening HR functions from the ground up. I have had the opportunity to establish complete HR departments, design policies and SOPs aligned with international standards, and lead recruitment and HR operations for geographically distributed teams.
What defines my professional journey is not just managing HR processes, but building people-centric systems that support business growth. From leading full-cycle technical recruitment across Pakistan and international markets to implementing performance management frameworks, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and employee engagement initiatives, I have consistently worked at the intersection of people, process, and performance.
