About Candidate
I am a dedicated pre-med and recent graduate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I just received my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences. I offer a strong academic foundation, complemented by practical experience in research, leadership, and clinical preparation. During my time as a research assistant in Dr. Raimi Quition’s lab, I gained experience evaluating data, identifying psychological risk and resilience variables, and working cooperatively in a research-driven setting. My research techniques class has improved my SPSS, data interpretation, and scientific communication skills, including the development and presentation of study projects.
In addition to my academic and research background, I served as the Secretary and Vice President of UMBC Global Brigades, where I honed my leadership, organizational, and communication skills by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and assisting with fundraising and outreach efforts. I am an expert in Office 365 and Google products, adaptive in fast-paced workplaces, and known for my professionalism, dependability, and collaboration. With certifications in Medical Scribing, Mental Health First Aid, and Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED, I am dedicated to providing patient-centered care, lifelong learning, and making a significant difference in healthcare and service-oriented environments.
