With over a decade of international experience in behavioral change communication, psychosocial support, and child-centered program development, I bring a strong commitment to the academic, emotional, and social well-being of children and adolescents. Throughout my work with global organizations such as UNICEF, the ILO, and the World Bank, I have designed and delivered capacity-building workshops and learning interventions in settings that closely mirror the dynamics of student environments.

My experience includes implementing Social and Behavior Change (SBC) strategies and psychosocial interventions to address challenges faced by children and adolescents both in school and at home—ranging from academic difficulties to emotional and behavioral concerns. I work collaboratively with educators, counselors, and community stakeholders to create inclusive, responsive support systems that promote resilience and empower students to thrive.
