About Candidate
I’m Dr. Raveena — a dedicated healthcare professional with over 9 years of experience spanning public health, clinical practice, and hospital management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), and a recent certification in Hospital and Healthcare Management. My professional journey has taken me through diverse roles, from being a Resident Doctor in multispecialty hospitals to leading state-level public health programs across India.
Most recently, I served as a Senior Program Manager at MAMTA Health Institute of Mother & Child in Himachal Pradesh, where I led the implementation of health programs, managed strategic partnerships, and conducted large-scale healthcare training sessions for over 1,000 government staff. Prior to that, I worked with the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) as an Associate Consultant, where I led program evaluations and contributed to the design of the SANKALAK editions, key national publications for HIV/AIDS awareness and strategy.
I’m passionate about improving health outcomes through data-driven strategies, program management, and capacity building. I’m skilled in tools like STATA, SPSS, R, Tableau, and Microsoft Office, and bring strong leadership, quality assurance, and communication abilities to the table.
Currently based in the UAE, I’m exploring new opportunities to make a meaningful impact in healthcare systems through strategic leadership, quality enhancement, and collaborative public health initiatives.
