Key Responsibilities: o Support and provides an efficient and effective administrative information and support to the Managing Director. o Manage schedule and reminders, coordinate arrangements including travel either personal or business, meetings coordination, and/or conference as assigned o Be the first point of contact for all the clients for any additional request, concerns and issues related to their services. o Coordinates with the clients, manages day to day operations, and is responsible to ensure that all department are running smoothly. o Compile, proofread and make and revised drafts of documents, agreements/proposals, quotations, and reports. o Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use. o Conduct research and perform analysis. o Take dictation and write correspondence. o Receive and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence related to the accounts handled by the Managing Director. o Manage and arrange necessary lines of communication between Sales specialist, representative and leaders/managers. o Maintain excellent relationship, great coordination with the clients and keep them satisfied with the services and experience.
