Provide appropriate therapy and method to patients with behavioral problems as given by the Program Manager. Help clients develop communication, play, social, and self-help skills and also alleviate problematic behaviors they have. Record data from the therapy session and develop progress reports to track the patient's development and ensure the effectiveness of the intervention. Work closely with other professionals to ensure complementary interventions that provide the best outcomes for patients. Conduct initial training and lecture to new behavior therapists and technicians.
