An Audio Visual (AV) Technician must be able to inform the client about their options, advise the most effective solution, and resolve conflict including equipment limitations or budget constraints. As an AV Technician, I have attended to the minutia of conferences including seating and table arrangement, as well as the primary functions of audio, lighting, and visual presentation. This also included work with Webex and Zoom helping clients setup their computers and making sure everyone can participate. I have also run PTZ cameras and other cameras for live events.
