About Candidate

I have 17 years Executive Assistant experience and started my career in a newly designed role at a small start-up in Chicago. Throughout my tenure with that company, the company grew from 100 to 900 employees, and it was great to experience working with a fast growing company in such a fast paced business.
The role afforded me the opportunity to work on a myriad of things – I was responsible for everything from managing the President’s calendar and travel, to stepping in as project manager for two office build outs and moves. As an EA, I was also responsible for receiving and sending out emails for and as the President, which required a sensitivity in maintaining confidential information. I verbally communicated on her behalf, interacting daily with clients, vendors, investors, and staff, as well as acting as the main liaison for the rest of the Executive team.
I have supported multiple C-level Executives at one time, and am very comfortable collaborating with other departments on projects and team activities. Also, in the past, I have been responsible for all types of meetings & events – including weekly Executive Team meetings to Executive/Board offsites to All-Hands conferences which lasted 2-3 days and included evening social events.
I am used to being the “catch-all” person in my previous positions, so I have experience in many different avenues!
