I am a seasoned professional with experience of working over 22 years, at levels of GM Finance, CFO as well as COO. I have done mostly all there is to do on the Commercial and Technical side of Finance and Accounting as well as Business setup , acquisitions, valuations & mergers, ERP implementations etc. Now last 4 years I have been doing remote / WFH and i want to expand on it. Currently I am working with clients from USA and Canada.
I am looking for a growing company which has a passionate Leader looking to excel and has ambition to go beyond the boundaries. I have worked with all kind of organizations, large , small , old , new and after working for 22 years , the last 3 years I have been looking for a company which I can have a feel for . I have worked locally and internationally. Set up accounting functions, led Finance functions, Set up companies, done acquisitions , valuations, due Diligence, Financial Modelling. Been in almost all kinds of Business categories, Pharmas , FMCG, Home Appliances, Power , Textile , Agriculture , Trading and Retail.
