Perform troubleshooting and configuration of CPE routers including Versa, Viptela, Meraki, Juniper, Adtran, Cisco legacy (Cisco ISR/ASR routers), as well as Aruba access points; switches, and BEAS boxes Ciena/Overture. Conducting health checks on network performance to ensure availability. ● Performing comprehensive troubleshooting from customer premises equipment to wide area network transport circuits (including T1/T3, Ethernet, Broadband, and 4G cellular services), as well as ISP backbone/core devices (such as Provider edge router/Layer2 aggregator) within SLA/MTTR/QOS. ● Collaborating with stakeholders, including local carriers such as Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T, to conduct head-to-head testing like RFC/Y tests, involving internal teams like Voice or Field technicians, and 3rd-party vendors for addressing complex issues. ● Assist with resolving high-severity or critical incidents and tickets (Incident/Information/Internal/Carrier outages) in a break-fix setting for data centers, campuses, and businesses of various sizes, while also delivering root cause analysis and RFOs. ● Overseeing internal projects, handling technical documentation for customer profiles, updating their records, and participating in network migration and hot cut projects. Additionally, I train newly onboarded network engineers. ● Performing IOS upgrade, RMA processing, and device replacement. Effectively managing all network outages. ●Troubleshoot on SD-WAN Versa Director and V- Manage controllers. Accessible via Citrix cloud systems.
