Providing technical support for preparing expansion and swap standardized scripts. • Reviewing the MOPs, standardized scripts and solution PPTs. • Providing support for performing expansion and swap (NE40E-X16A, NE8000 & ATN’s) activities on a live network. • Maintaining detailed documentation of network designs and project related milestones. • Liaising with FL team to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. • Implementing and enforcing quality standards for network configurations. • Lead quality control (QC) for completed activities and documentation prepared by the team. • Lead Capability Improvement and Procedural Knowledge Sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
