Playing a lead role as a Head of Engineering at Samad Group of Industries, Lahore, planning and overseeing projects, managing finances and supervising engineering teams across the group while ensuring smooth operations of all different SBUs while setting and achieving regulatory and strategic goals of the functions.
Manage overall operations of a PPI- Business Unit Lahore, responsible for the effective and successful management of Operations Management, Supply Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain/ Procurement of the entire facility.
Played a key role as a Deputy Manager Technical to assist operations department in achieving its production targets. Inspect and maintain compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, water/ fire tube boiler, vessels, tanks, chillers, and power house in a timely manner.
