Manage the implementation of policies and procedures as contained in approved company manuals • Supporting a comprehensive safety program • Employee assessment, performance, briefing, and load evaluation • Support to General Manager for all audit addressing finding in his area responsibility as effectively follow up action accordance with the procedure in QPM chapter 3.1 System and Auditing • Review short and long term aircraft maintenance planning, aligned with customers (AOC holders) needs • Ensuring that all tasks in the operator maintenance program such as: scheduled maintenance, out of phase tasks, hard-time component tasks, and structure maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely and within the detail of the maintenance contract • Ensuring that all airworthiness directives are scheduled and carried out in a timely and recorded correctly • Ensuring that scheduled plan for accomplishment is monitored properly and recorded into TRAX System

Participate to the different meetings as contracted with the customer / operator • Collect all the continuing airworthiness data • Control and assist the stakeholders for the aircraft C of A renewal • Control, monitor and report all the continuing airworthiness tasks • Issue Planning Lion Fleet :Long Term Planning (5 Years) – Update per 6 Months (June & December), Mid Term Planning (1 Year) – Update Monthly & Short Term Planning (3 Months) – Update Biweekly • Performance Analysis Report • Analyze deferral task to find out solution • Evaluate, maintain & improve the skills and capability of the departments staff • Develop and implement corrective or improvement actions • Develop and control the activities’ KPI • Report to Asistant Manager Maintenance Planning

Collect all EA AD or EA non AD from technical publication • Create WO EA-AD/Non AD • Calculate manpower need for every maintenance task • Stagering Planning EA AD & Non AD Accomplishment • Cordinate with Material Planning Department for request material and Tools needed • Coordination with PPC for arrange Wo EA AD and EA non AD • Updating Schedule Flight (Trax ) • Review DJA (Night Shift Daily Job Assigment Report) • Ensure that the continuing airworthiness tasks are performed timely • Report to Chief Maintenance Planning

Create Planning interior and Exterior cleaning Biweekly basis • Create Planning Demo Life vest replacement Monthly Basis • Create Planning Curtain Replacement bimonthly basis • Create work order (Trax) • Coordinate with matplan department for material needed • Arrange the schedule of implementation • Coordinate with production for that planning • Monitor and update progress
