I am a Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse professional with 17 years of experience running the efficient operation of company facilities, warehouses, and storerooms. My background has included Staff Development, Stock takes, Fleet Management (Transportation), Process Re-Engeering and implementing SOPs & workflows, maintaining inventory levels, loading/unloading, receipts and dispatches, safe use of MHEs, stacker, BT reflex, forklift, and other equipment, and dealing with Customers. Having experience with different inventory systems management like Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, Escala, and SAP.
In addition, I am a highly organized person, with strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. In my present position, as well as my previous position at Metric, my role involves balancing many responsibilities, including maintaining stock levels and providing on-floor & systematic customer service, in addition to staff management. I’ve prioritized tasks and ensured that the Warehouse +Logistics OPS is running smoothly always.
My qualifications have provided a theoretical framework for my experience in the industry. I have a Master’s Degree in Management and have completed many professional development courses to keep my skills updated.
