Job Description

AIG is a global leader in commercial and personal insurance solutions, seeking an Early Career Gen AI Technology – Software Engineering Analyst. In this role, you will work with the Technology team to deliver core frameworks and Gen AI based business applications while gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry.


You will work directly with the Technology team to deliver Core frameworks, enhanced digital workflows, and Gen AI based business application

You will assist senior architects in designing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs

You will develop and maintain front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and API gateway components

You will have exposure to work and gain hands-on experience on the latest technologies like Angular, Java Spring boot and MuleSoft respectively leveraging AI based coding Assistance

You will develop and execute automated tests, analyze results, and document defects to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards under the supervision of senior engineers using Gen AI based testing frameworks

You will be a champion of release management by configuring and maintaining development and testing environments, automating build and deployment processes, and creating release plans and schedules for product roll outs

You will rely on your data, research, and analysis skills to monitor systems, investigate and resolve application issues, provide timely technical assistance to users, and develop Observability dashboards leveraging Splunk and Gen AI solutions

You will be mentored and coached by senior technology leaders who will provide guidance on technical best practices, career development opportunities, and help you navigate complex enterprise challenges while building expertise in emerging technologies like Gen AI

Required

Bachelor’s degree, or candidate for Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.4 to be received no later than June 2026 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity (unofficial transcript required upon application)
