Agile Coach

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive organizational agility, mentor Scrum Masters, and enable high-performing Agile Teams. The role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, scaling Agile practices, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Agile Coaching to leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
• Guide organizations in adopting Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters to improve delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile Workshops and Training Programs to build organizational maturity.
• Drive Agile Transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
• Support Change Management and encourage collaboration at all levels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, and SAFe.
• Exceptional facilitation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Certifications like ICAgile Certified Professional, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) are highly desirable.
