Looking for a dynamic and rapidly growing company that provides top-notch culinary services to clients all over the world. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Demi Chef to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Demi Chef at , you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, working closely with our Head Chef to create and execute delicious and visually appealing dishes. Your passion for food and creativity will be key in bringing our clients’ culinary visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation

– Follow recipes and menu guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes

– Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and maintain cost control

– Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

– Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials

– Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety regulations

– Assist with ordering and receiving of food and kitchen supplies

– Continuously strive to improve cooking techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen

– Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution

– Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

– Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

– Excellent communication and leadership skills

– Ability to work well in a team and independently

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

– Valid food handler’s certificate
willing to relocate to kuwait
