Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Apparel Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing apparel section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with apparel selections and product information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Perform merchandise folding, tagging, and display according to visual merchandising standards
• Process transactions efficiently using point of sale systems
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and restocking apparel
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Monitor fitting rooms and ensure garments are returned neatly
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and promotions to offer product suggestions
• Collaborate with other store associates to meet sales goals and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with store policies, security procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer relations or retail operations is a plus
