We are hiring a results-driven BI Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization to support stakeholders with actionable reports and dashboards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and performance metrics.
- Design and build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Work with SQL databases to extract and prepare datasets.
- Provide insights through Data Visualization and storytelling.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of all BI reports.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
