We are looking for a detail-oriented and stylish Boutique Administrator to manage daily operations, handle customer service, and oversee retail administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in inventory management, sales support, and fashion retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Manage stock control, including ordering and restocking items.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Maintain sales records, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Support boutique marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Handle client communications, resolve issues, and ensure a luxury shopping experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and fashion designers for new collections.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Boutique Administrator or in fashion retail administration.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and retail industry trends.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
