Job Title: Brand Manager / Project Manager – Independent Contractor (Remote) Position Type & Compliance
· Independent Contractor (not an employee) – The contractor is responsible for their own tax filings, insurance, and legal compliance within their jurisdiction.
· Fully Remote – Flexible working arrangements.
· Must ensure compliance with Irish business and contracting regulations.
· Responsible for overseeing both remote contractors/freelancers and physical staff based in Ireland.Working Hours
· Flexible work hours with focus on delivering results and high-quality output.
· Must begin daily work no later than 12:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
· Availability expected until at least 10:00 PM PKT, with flexibility to extend as required by workload.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
· Full ownership of day-to-day operations of Company.
· Develop and implement strategies for growth, sales expansion, and profitability.
· Oversee supplier relations, inventory management, and timely production.
· Supervise physical staff in Ireland and remote contractors.
2. E-Commerce & Platform Expansion
· Manage the Company online store, ensuring updated listings, accurate pricing, and promotions.
· Expand sales to international platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
· Drive optimization of online sales funnels and customer experience.
3. Sales, Marketing & Branding
· Lead digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
· Strengthen brand storytelling across channels.
· Identify and execute new market opportunities.
4. Social Media & Content Management
· Manage social media content calendars and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
· Oversee engagement strategies and community building.
· Maintain and manage the Company blog, including regular posts aligned with SEO and brand growth.
5. Financial & Performance Accountability
· Maintain transparent financial records and budgets for Company.
· Provide quarterly performance and budget reports.
· Ensure efficient use of resources and operational excellence.
6. People & Contractor Management
· Recruit, onboard, and supervise freelancers and contractors.
· Manage workflow, deadlines, and quality standards.
· Act as the primary point of accountability for all deliverables under Company.
Requirements
Must Have:
· 7+ years total professional experience in relevant fields, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
· Proven expertise in e-commerce, WooCommerce, and online store management.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Track record of driving sales and brand growth through digital platforms.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good to Have:
· Knowledge of finance and budget control.
· Experience expanding products into global marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy).
· Familiarity with SEO-driven content writing and blog strategy.
· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like AI, Google Workspace, Canva,
· Shopify/WooCommerce, Trello/Asana, and analytics dashboards.
