Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored software development solutions.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in business development or sales (preferably in software/IT industry).
Strong understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Shift Timings: 10pm – 7pm
Working Days: Mon – Friday
Office-based – Full Time
Location: PIA Housing Society, Johar Town, Lahore
