– Conduct interviews and process student applications.
– Manage follow-up activities, including phone calls and email campaigns.
– Recruit students by leveraging alumni networks.
– Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and materials.
– Perform research and development (R&D) to enhance recruitment efforts.
– Maintain strong proficiency in spoken English and communication skills.
– Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently.
– Exhibit a passion for student counseling with a hardworking and dedicated attitude.
