As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will define and oversee the organization’s information security, cyber risk management, and compliance programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead risk management, governance, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Build and manage a global security operations and incident response program.
• Oversee cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust architecture.
• Partner with executives, IT, and business leaders to embed security by design across operations.
• Manage third-party risk, vendor security assessments, and supply chain defense.
• Lead executive reporting on cyber threats, risk posture, and security investments.
• Mentor, coach, and grow high-performing cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or senior security leader.
• 10+ years in information security, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in cyber risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong technical knowledge of network security, cloud platforms, encryption, IAM, and SIEM solutions.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage boards, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or CISA are highly preferred.
