About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret detailed engineering plans, designs, and drawings.
- Conduct site investigations and assess the feasibility of construction projects.
- Supervise tendering procedures and put together proposals.
- Manage, supervise, and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues.
- Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, and surveyors.
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
- Ensure that projects comply with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
- Resolve design and development problems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Civil Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
