We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Consultant to support a prominent Airline Company in the USA on a fully remote basis. This role requires a strategic thinker with in-depth industry knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence and sustained growth.

As a Consultant, you will partner closely with airline leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate current operations, identify efficiency gaps, and recommend improvements across various business areas, including flight operations, customer service, safety compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing airline operations, processes, and systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and present detailed strategic plans and actionable recommendations that align with the airline’s overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices to ensure the airline operates within all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations managers, finance teams, and IT departments, to implement recommended solutions effectively.
• Advise on the adoption and integration of new digital technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reports to track progress and measure the impact of implemented strategies.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for staff to support process changes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and developments within the aviation sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Consultant or in a similar advisory role within the airline industry.
• Strong understanding of airline operations, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-impact recommendations and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency in using modern data analysis tools, project management software, and relevant airline technology platforms.
