We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization’s data assets. The Data Integrity Specialist will work closely with the Data Management, Database Administration, and IT teams to implement data quality standards and resolve data issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and validate data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and enforce data quality procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify anomalies and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with Database Administrators to maintain accurate database structures.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data governance policies.
- Provide support and training to staff on data entry and data management best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data integrity status to stakeholders.
- Work with IT teams to develop automated solutions for data cleansing and validation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data integrity, database administration, or data governance.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
