Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Business Development. This role combines strategic business development responsibilities with executive administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s office runs efficiently while driving key growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple high-priority tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry trend and support in contract management, and client relationship management.
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate follow-ups on leads, meetings, and business discussions to ensure progress.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align business development efforts with company goals.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
Assist in drafting reports, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development
Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
