Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To support daily office and administrative operations, assist departments with coordination tasks, and contribute to a smooth and professional work environment in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence
- Support HR and Administration with documentation and filing
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
- Maintain records, databases, and office files
- Assist in preparing reports and basic data entry
- Support internal departments as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
