The Enterprise Agile Manager leads the organization’s Agile transformation at scale, ensuring consistent adoption of Agile frameworks across portfolios, programs, and teams. This role partners with senior leadership to align Agile delivery with business strategy, improve time-to-market, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives
  • Define and standardize Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, Spotify model)
  • Coach executives, managers, and delivery teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Establish Agile metrics (OKRs, KPIs, flow metrics, velocity, value delivery)
  • Oversee Agile portfolio and program execution across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, PMO, and Business leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement, Agile maturity assessments, and retrospectives
  • Ensure alignment between Agile delivery, governance, risk, and compliance
  • Manage Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and delivery leadership teams
  • Support tooling strategy (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, transformation, or enterprise PMO
  • Strong expertise in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Disciplined Agile)
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level Agile transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile metrics, governance, and financial planning
  • Experience with distributed and global delivery teams

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • PMI-ACP
  • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT)
