Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Management / Engineering professional to oversee the maintenance, operation, and safety of our facilities. The role involves ensuring all building systems function efficiently, managing vendors, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and maintenance of facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works).
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
  • Manage facility-related budgets and control operational costs.
  • Handle emergency repairs and breakdowns efficiently.
  • Support space planning and office expansion projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Facilities).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations is a plus.
