Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance Consultant to provide expert financial guidance and strategic recommendations to our organization (or clients). The ideal candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial outcomes. This role requires strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Advise clients or internal departments on financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Evaluate business performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in budget preparation and ongoing budget monitoring.
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration processes when applicable.
• Ensure financial practices comply with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide financial advisory support for special projects, restructuring, or market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, tax, legal, and operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and/or client executives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• CPA, CFA, or similar financial certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, corporate finance principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
