We are looking for an experienced and innovative Flutter Technical Lead to lead the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Flutter development, mobile app architecture, and team leadership to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Flutter developers in building iOS and Android applications.
• Design and implement app architecture and state management solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging and intuitive mobile interfaces.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support professional growth.
• Monitor app performance and optimize for speed, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flutter Lead, Mobile App Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming, Flutter widgets, and state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Firebase, push notifications, and in-app purchases.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
