The Head of Finance will be responsible for end-to-end financial leadership, ensuring robust financial planning, strategic risk management, and operational efficiency. You’ll work directly with the executive team and be instrumental in shaping the financial future of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Drive budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and cost management efforts.
• Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance operations.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage investor relations and interface with external stakeholders such as auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Build and lead a remote, high-performing finance team.
• Evaluate and implement financial tools, automation, and systems to support scale and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in managing remote or distributed finance functions.
• Deep understanding of financial laws, compliance, and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
