We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and scale our sales and marketing functions. This role is fully remote and ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strategic mindset, and excels at driving revenue growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote sales team.
  • Identify and expand into new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, pipelines, and forecasting processes to drive performance and accountability.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate product positioning, go-to-market plans, and promotional activities in alignment with sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing objectives with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and operations teams.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team.
