Job Description
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented IT Virtual Assistant to provide remote technical support, system management, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will combine strong IT skills with excellent virtual assistant capabilities to help manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to team members and clients.
- Assist with software installation, system updates, and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage cloud storage, file organization, and data backup tasks.
- Support IT documentation and maintain accurate system records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and manage software subscriptions.
- Provide cybersecurity best practices guidance to team members.
- Assist with virtual meeting setup, email configuration, and remote work tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT assistant, virtual assistant, or IT support specialist.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
