Network Engineer (NSK300 Certified) – Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer who holds an active NSK300 certification and possesses strong hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement network solutions in line with NSK300-certified standards.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues across routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure for high availability and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular network assessments, security audits, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide escalation support for complex network issues and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams.
• Implement and manage network security policies, VPN configurations, and access controls.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Assist in planning and executing network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: NSK300 Certification (active and valid).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Support Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).
• Understanding of network security techniques, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN configuration.
• Ability to diagnose complex network issues with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, VoIP systems, and enterprise network automation tools
