We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful People Operations Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will excel at talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting to attract top talent.
- Lead employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in policy implementation.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance activities.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-performing talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or People Operations Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS software, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
