We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful People Operations Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will excel at talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting to attract top talent.
• Lead employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist in policy implementation.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance activities.
• Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-performing talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or People Operations Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS software, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
