Performance Tester – Remote

At Info Resume Edge, we help global organizations hire the best technology professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess, analyze, and optimize application performance across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in load testing, stress testing, and performance engineering, with strong expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web and mobile applications.
• Use industry-standard tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, BlazeMeter) to simulate user traffic and analyze system behavior.
• Identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and system performance gaps across applications.
• Collaborate with Developers, Systems Engineers, and QA Engineers to resolve performance-related issues.
• Generate detailed performance test reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support continuous performance monitoring through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Ensure compliance with performance testing best practices and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Tester, Performance Test Engineer, or Performance QA Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and test design techniques.
• Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Proficiency in scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript) for custom test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• ISTQB Performance Testing certification (preferred).
