Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide remote executive-level support. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing schedules, communication, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries across time zones.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, video calls, and conferences, including agendas and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Draft and proofread emails, documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Track and follow up on key action items, deadlines, and business priorities.
  • Assist with personal tasks and administrative duties as required.
  • Liaise with internal teams, board members, investors, clients, and vendors.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and summarize information for decision-making.
  • Monitor emails, flag high-priority items, and manage communications.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and project trackers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexible availability to support a dynamic schedule and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives remotely.
  • Familiarity with global business operations and time zone management.
  • Comfortable in a startup or high-growth company environmen
