Product Owner

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to define product vision, manage backlogs, and work closely with Agile Teams to deliver high-value solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize features, and ensure successful Product Development aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Product Backlog ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap.
• Collaborate with Scrum Teams to deliver Agile Product Development.
• Conduct Market Research and gather Customer Feedback to shape requirements.
• Define User Stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Align with Stakeholders to maximize product value.
• Monitor Product Performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus.
