Job Description
Always Best Care Senior Services – seeking Registered Nurses with a strong clinical background and a heart for senior care. As part of our home health team, you’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes—all while enjoying flexibility, independence, and a supportive team behind you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs
- Provide 1:1 nursing care per individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections per physician’s orders
- Document care accurately in patient charts
- Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, medications, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, family members, and care teams
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and health protocols during home visits
- Be ready to respond with sound clinical judgment in emergency situations
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Active RN license in Hawai‘i
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (home health preferred)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field-based assignments
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable
- Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, emergency care, and nursing procedures
- BSc or diploma from an accredited nursing program
