Research Assistant (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant to support our projects in a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data collection, data analysis, and research documentation while collaborating effectively with virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews, online research, and compile findings into detailed reports.
• Assist with data gathering from various sources including academic databases and industry reports.
• Organize and maintain research documentation and project files.
• Support statistical analysis using tools like Excel, SPSS, or R.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentations, research summaries, and visual reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Research Assistant, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Strong skills in online research and data management.
• Excellent written communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote job setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Statistics, or related field.
