Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in travel or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency is a plus).
• Ability to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel packages, tours, and related services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep updated with travel trends, offers, and destinations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the CRM system.
