Job Description

The Sales and Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving sales through effective product knowledge, relationship building, and service excellence. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering suitable products and services, and ensuring a positive end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance goals
  • Process sales transactions, account services, and service requests accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution effectively
  • Promote and cross-sell multiple products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support daily operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, and system updates
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Sales & Service Functions

  • Drive sales through needs-based conversations
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage
  • Support account opening, upgrades, renewals, and service activations
  • Deliver consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a sales-driven approach
  • Basic computer skills and experience with POS or CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
