Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator – Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage sales documentation, coordinate with clients, and assist in administrative tasks that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clients for order processing and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Track and manage sales performance data and prepare reports for management.
- Support in organizing sales events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective communication between sales, operations, and administration teams.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of business documents and client information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Admin Executive.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
