Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to guide Agile Teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The role requires expertise in Scrum Framework, Agile Coaching, and Project Facilitation to drive continuous improvement and maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant-leader and Agile Coach for development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy Product Backlog.
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum Framework and promote Agile Best Practices.
• Use Agile Tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence for progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master are highly preferred.
