We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power our applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#).
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of message queues and event-driven architectures.
