We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our quality-driven engineering team. As an SDET, you will be responsible for building robust and scalable automated testing frameworks, collaborating with developers, and ensuring top-notch software quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand features and design comprehensive test strategies.
- Conduct end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs using log analysis and debugging tools.
- Maintain and improve test data management and test environments.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in quality assurance processes and tools.
Required Skills & Strengths
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, Python, C#, or similar).
- Experience with test automation frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or NUnit.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
