Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute software testing processes to ensure product quality.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct manual testing and automation testing as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in quality assurance and software testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as an SQA Engineer or Software Tester.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman).
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
